Proving my skills behind the screen...

Mario Kart has always been apart of my childhood. Growing up in the 2000s our form of 'technology' were Nintendo DSs.

Ah, the Nintendo DS, once the epitome of coolness and portable gaming innovation! Back in the day, sporting a Nintendo DS was like flaunting a piece of the future in your hands. The dual screens, touch controls, and a vast library of games that made use of these features were groundbreaking. Whether you were virtually petting a Nintendog, solving puzzles in Brain Age, or exploring the Pokemon world, the DS was a gateway to endless adventures. It was the ultimate social tool, where you could connect with friends and trade Pokemon or race in Mario Kart. However, as trends evolved and smartphones emerged, the DS lost its spotlight. But for those lucky enough to experience the DS era, it remains a cherished memory, a symbol of a time when portable gaming was transformed into something truly awesome.

Mario Kart on the Nintendo DS, now that was a match made in gaming heaven!

The Nintendo DS brought the joy of Mario Kart racing to our fingertips, quite literally. With that nifty stylus in hand, we drifted through Rainbow Road and power-slid around corners like the pros. The dual screens added an extra dimension to the Mario Kart experience, letting us keep track of the race while checking the map for potential banana peels or pesky red shells heading our way. And let's not forget the delightful chaos of local multiplayer, where we'd gather with friends, link up our DS systems, and engage in intense battles and races.

Yes that indeed is me playing multiple games, as once I start... I can't stop.

With our new technology Mario Kart is now more accessible than ever. Being able to download it on the App Store as well as downloading it on your Laptop!

I play on both, however I prefer on my laptop as it's a bigger screen!

Download it now and have a go for yourself!

See you next blog where I dive deeper into the realms of Mario Kart.
